“Just want you to know that Pace did a very professional job, high quality and timely roof replacement on our home. All personnel were hard-working, well mannered, and did an excellent job of cleaning up around the house each day. Pace delivered everything that was promised - and more. All the vent replacements were higher quality than the ones that were initially installed, and the attention to detail that I observed during installation (I was at home each day) satisfied me that my new Pace roof with last many, many years. Pace has roof replacement down to a science, and although anything is possible in the future concerning leaks etc, I do not anticipate any problems based on the materials used and the workmanship I personally observed.
I have been Village Board President of my HOA Board of Directors, with our 37 homes, for 7 years now. Many other homeowners here often come to me for advice on a number of issues, including my opinion on roof replacement. My roof is the ninth roof that has been replaced here - four of these are Pace roofs. I would not hesitate to tell of personal very good experience with Pace Roofing. These two guys worked very hard in putting everything “back together”, including priming and painting new wood, reinstalling the gutters, replacing damaged screening, etc. In fact, Eric discovered that our skylight had not been replaced per the contract and then proceeded to do so the next day. Eric is absolutely the right guy to interface with Pace customers near the end of the roof installation. He has the right personality and skill set to leave customers with a very positive impression of Pace - satisfied and happy with their new Pace before Pace finally departs the job.
